How leasing a county website works

Four steps, no build fee, and no fees until the site is producing inquiries that make you money.

Step 1 — We build the website and pay for everything

We register the domain, write the content, build the pages, set the phone number, pay for hosting and maintain the website. The contractor pays nothing during this phase and owes nothing if the website never works.

Step 2 — The Website starts producing customer inquiries

Calls to the website are either forwarded immediately to your phone, or, at your request, are answered by your AI assistant, recorded, transcribed, and sent to you by email so that you may respond when your schedule allows.

Step 3 — We lease it to one contractor

One contractor per county per trade. We show you the call recordings and the inquiry counts, quote a flat monthly fee, and if you say yes we point the customer calls to you. You keep every inquiry it produces — there is no per-lead charge and no revenue share.

Step 4 — It runs, or you cancel

We keep the website online and maintained. If it stops being worth it, cancel with 30 days' notice and stop paying.

What you get, and what you do not

You get: exclusive use of the website in your county for your trade, every phone call it generates, your business name and phone number displayed on it, and call recordings you can review.

You do not get: ownership of the domain, the website files, the phone number, or the hassle of maintenance, programming, and service provider administration. When you lease there is no build fee for our curated template and you always have the option of walking away following 30 days notice.
