Most home-service contractors are good at the work and indifferent to marketing. They know they should have a website that shows up when someone searches their trade in their county, and most of them will never build one. Agencies want a retainer plus a build fee and hand back a site the contractor then has to maintain.
We take the other side of that. We pick one county, build a real website for one trade in that county, publish it, and work on getting it to rank. When it starts producing phone calls, we lease it to one contractor in that county for a flat monthly fee. You get the customer inquiries. We maintain the site.
If it stops being worth the money, you stop paying and we lease it to someone else. There is no build fee, no contract term, and no long-term commitment on either side.
